Awesome antique mandolin? Needs work

Not sure who made this baby or if it is a mandolin or some other instrument close to a mandolin. It has a bowl back and needs much attention. The mother of pearl is just amazing on this and missing some here and there. Also, there is one piece of the front that needs to be glued and one other missing piece. I had the missing piece and lost it I think. The back bowl also needs to be re-glued. I am certain that just in parts this is worth it just for the tuners!
